| During the first part of my career, I was fortunate to have opportunities presented to me that allowed me to work my way from entry level position out of college to executive level within the family of businesses of a Fortune 500 company. The experience introduced me to all aspects of business that spanned marketing, sales, and operations. Extensive travel was a toll and a blessing in that it was difficult to travel so frequently, but the experiences gained in working and negotiating with various cultures strengthened my core business abilities. |
| A turn to real estate |
| After years in the "corporate world", I pursued an opportunity to become Chief Executive and a partner/owner with Windermere Real Estate/Capital Group in Boise. The experience proved to be as exciting and challenging as I had hoped. I have since resigned my position in management and ownership and I am now focusing all of my energies towards working with individual real estate buyers and sellers as well as developing marketing strategies for large planned residential communities.

| I love the thrill and challenges of real estate and thoroughly enjoy working with buyers and sellers to help them fulfill their dreams. My background in business has proven to be of great benefit as I apply the skills I learned to real estate.
